Do you need to take us up on our “Happy Camper” warranty?

It doesn’t matter where you bought your iFiXiFi product (Amazon, eBay, or here on iFiXiFi.co). If your iFiXiFi product didn’t live up to our limited time warranty, we’ll send you a new product.

Just complete this warranty claim order.
Select quantity (number) of items you would like to replace.

And please email us:

• A quick explanation of what happened
• A picture or two of each item didn’t live up to your expectations. Please make your pics clear enough that we can easily see that it is an iFiXiFi product.

We’ll ship your replacements by USPS First Class mail.
